Brand Inception, Launching Against Adversity
A post-90s couple started the "Yunli" brand with initial capital of just 5,000 RMB. After several previous entrepreneurial failures in apparel and accessories, they identified a market gap by focusing on solving common hair concerns like tangling, hair loss, and lack of volume.
Despite challenges such as pandemic-related logistics halts, the couple worked tirelessly, personally scouting factories and packing orders late into the night to ensure stable supply and uphold their commitment to quality.

Transformation and Independent Innovation
Following advice from a mentor, the company shifted from trading to self-production and self-sales. The team independently studied manufacturing techniques and refined products, achieving control over core technology.
Successfully developed innovative products including easy-to-use combs, vented combs, cushion combs, and essential oil combs, using differentiated designs to gain market traction and establish the brand’s rise.

Present: Comprehensive Growth, Going Global
Expanded production scale to a 3,500㎡ factory, enabling stable and large-scale manufacturing.
Established an online + offline full-channel sales network. Market reach expanded from all provinces in China to overseas regions including Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia. Active OEM and ODM collaborations were welcomed, turning "small combs into a big business."
